Quick answers

My purchase orders don't show up

Stray Anchor Purchase Orders shows the purchase orders you create in Shopify (Products → Purchase orders). Create one there and it appears straight away.

My supplier didn't get the email

Check their email address under Suppliers, and ask them to look in their spam folder for an email with your store's name.

Labels don't line up

Print at 100% ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page". Print the alignment test on plain paper and hold it over a label sheet to check.
